天美网站传媒传媒 offers the services and features (鈥淪ervices鈥) described below. Your Service Order details which Services are included in your subscription and any applicable quantities or other limits. The Services are also subject to certain built-in technical limitations that are inherent to the platform. You acknowledge and agree that these technical limitations form part of the Services as described in your Service Order, provided that 天美网站传媒传媒 will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you or your Authorized Users within the Services when a technical limitation has been reached and may affect use of the Services.

The platform provides a flexible infrastructure that supports a wide array of data collection approaches. Depending on the specific objectives, target audience, and information goals, the platform can be configured to manage various engagement models. These models include traditional structured surveying, advanced interactive dialogues, and iterative interview-style approaches.
Question types
The platform offers a diverse suite of question types, including AI-powered options. This enables you to design engagements that can collect both structured, measurable data (closed-ended) and detailed, qualitative feedback (open-ended), providing a complete and balanced view of the topic.
Templates
The template library includes a wide range of AI-personalized templates and exchanges to support leaders in managing the day-to-day work and longer-term strategic initiatives.
Demographic Data Management
Securely associate respondent details, like demographics, with their feedback. You can gather this key information directly from the participant during the engagement or import from existing databases when you set up invitations.
External Data Collection
Our platform is designed with features that let you easily bring in other compatible datasets. Once imported, we standardize this third-party data within the platform so you can use all of the service's powerful analytical and segmentation tools on it, even if it wasn't collected here originally.
Engagement Management
The Engage platform offers the operational infrastructure to deploy engagements, govern access, and administer the data collection lifecycle. The toolset that ensures engagements comply with strict privacy standards, data integrity protocols, and organizational timelines.
Invitations, Access Control & Reminders
The platform has strong built-in access controls to keep the respondent group secure. Admins can use verified access protocols, such as unique respondent IDs or secure access codes, to ensure only authorized participants participate. The platform also handles communication, automatically sending invites and reminders to boost participation while maintaining tight security.
Scheduling Management
The platform gives you complete control over when an engagement is active. You can set exact start and end times, managing the engagement as it moves from the drafting stage through active data collection to final wrap-up. This is key to ensuring you collect data only during the approved time windows.
Response Rate Monitoring
The platform lets you monitor engagement metrics. You can track who's participating (when relevant) and see the overall demographic mix. These insights help administrators check if the data coming in truly represents the people they're trying to reach, and tweak how they distribute the exchange if needed.
Response Moderation
The platform offers tools for overseeing and managing open-ended data. Administrators can moderate incoming submissions, either manually or using automated filtering, to manage the visibility of qualitative responses. Controlled Insights Distribution
The platform includes a role-based access system that grants different users the appropriate level of access to interactive result dashboards. Administrators can grant stakeholders direct access to the analysis interface. Permissions are set up so everyone sees only the data that matters to their specific team or security level. This means we share data openly while keeping sensitive stuff safe.
Presentation Generation

Account Management
Rooms
Rooms are virtual environments where Leaders launch Engagements. Leaders may be assigned to multiple Rooms. Engagements remain in the Room they are created in.
User Roles
Our platform uses different user roles to manage access, permissions, and responsibilities, ensuring a smooth, secure experience for all users involved in creating, managing, and participating in Engagements.
Authorized Users
Leaders: Each Leader is an Authorized User whose account permissions allow them to create their own Engagements and access special 天美网站传媒传媒 features.
Administrators: Each Administrator is an Authorized User who can assign permissions to other Authorized Users and manage Account-level and/or Room-level settings. An Account Administrator has administrative access across all rooms, while a Room Administrator has administrative access for that specific room only.
Contributors: Each Contributor is an Authorized User who can be added to specific Engagement results and has permissions to access and interpret the data from those Engagements.
Data Analyst: Assign this role to an Authorized User to provide them with access to download participant responses.
Asset Owner: Assign this role to an Authorized User so they can upload, edit, and/or view files.
Participants
Participants are individuals who are invited to participate in one or more Engagements.
Authentication & Access
Single Sign-on (SSO): Integrated Single Sign-on enhances security and simplifies user access by integrating with your corporate SSO, leveraging existing user credentials for a seamless login experience.
Domain Limiting: Domain Limiting restricts participation to individuals whose email addresses end with a designated domain, ensuring only authorized participants from your organization can join your Engagements.
Discover
Discover is an AI-powered data analysis platform designed to support decision-making. It unifies various data sources, such as engagements and organization-specific documentation, into a single, comprehensive dataset. The platform then applies advanced analysis to this unified data to generate comprehensive insights.
Collections
A Collection is a set of selected data sources analyzed together for a specific use case or purpose. By combining data with contextual files, Collections generate AI-powered insights and recommendations.
Templates
Templates offer focused analysis, delivering curated insights relevant to key operational areas. These templates are designed to support various organizational needs and strategic goals.

Our professional services and support combine strategic partnership, capability building, and technical support to ensure your engagement and analysis translate into meaningful strategic insight and action.
